Kenny Nieves Bio

Kenny is a prolific musician, composer, guitarist and producer living in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area. After training in various genres of music at Musician’s Institute in Hollywood California, he went on to a career in music which included professional tours, recordings, as well as live performances at weddings and corporate events. 



Since 2020, Kenny has been expanding his focus to include composing music for movie trailers, short films, international films, commercials, video games, and many other medias. As well as all genres, ranging from action, comedy, documentary, horror, dystopia, romantic, sci fi, suspense, and so forth.  


Between 2020 and 2024, Kenny has been releasing media productions for clients such as, movie directors, and has also, not only been composing music, but also follies, Sound Design and Voice Overs.


He has worked on movie trailers on spec, such as for “Aliens Romulus”, “ConClave”, “Deadpool and Wolverine”, “Shogun the series”, “Dune Pt.2”, and “Penguins in Antarctica”, just to name a few, as well as film clips of the Netflix Series, “Bridgeton”.


In 2023 Kenny composed the main theme song, “Get Your Punk On”, for a film in Zurich, Switzerland, named, “Stüssihof”, directed by Nico Aebi. The main theme song of the film was also chosen to be the theme song for a nonprofit organization in Switzerland, called “Tixi”.



In 2024, Kenny had one of the documentaries he composed for, "Land of Mermaids", selected by the Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival.  In 2025, the same documentary was chosen for the Fort Myer’s Film Festival.
